Good morning associations,
The Woodlawn Outreach Team will be participating in a community engagement walk this Saturday, May 1, 2021. We are meeting at Woodlawn Middle School at 8am for a meet and greet. The walk will begin at 8:30am. We will walk both sides of Essex Road on the side walk. Each side of Essex Road is approximately 1 mile. Please feel free to join us for any part of the walk. There will also be advocates from Northwest Hospital’s Dove program to answer any domestic violence questions.
Please forward this information to anyone that would be interested.

Welcome to the Woodbridge Valley Community Website.
The Woodbridge Valley Improvement and Civic Association (WVICA) is dedicated to serving our community by promoting the safety, common good, and social welfare of Woodbridge Valley residents. We strive to build community, preserve and beautify our neighborhood, and provide services of value to the community.
WVICA is a recognized IRS 501(c)4 non-profit organization, established in 1970 to represent homeowners and residents within the following boundaries: single family homes developed as a part of the Woodbridge Valley - Woodbridge Valley North development. In addition, the Association area shall include single family residences on streets adjacent to the original development and not eligible to be included in any other homeowners or neighborhood association. These streets are Woodcliff Avenue, Rolling Glen Road, and the western side of North Rolling Road between Chesworth Road and Route 70, and Johnnycake Road west of North Rolling Road and south of Route 70.
Over 800 homes are represented.
The purpose of this website is to inform current and prospective residents about community news and updates, WVICA membership dues, and Woodbridge Valley covenants. Through your dues, the "Lamplighter" newsletter and Woodbridge Directory are published, an automated calling service is maintained to keep residents informed of issues and activities relevant to our community, entrance islands and signs are maintained, an annual Shred Day and seasonal activities are sponsored, and local youth organizations are supported. In addition, dues contribute to legal help, as needed, for covenant enforcement. Our members enjoy all the perks of our organization.
Our membership is growing at a steady pace. With this growth, we have been able to accomplish more, and have a larger impact upon our community. We welcome you with open arms. Please inquire today about how you can become a part of our growing membership. We are always looking for community-based volunteers as well. Volunteers aid the community in various ways.
