SIDEWALK REPAIRS

According to Baltimore County Code 18-3-304, Baltimore County sidewalk maintenance and repair is the responsibility of the respective property owner. However, the County’s Bureau of Highways has a program that will repair/replace the infrastructure (such as a sidewalk), with the cost placed on the property owner’s tax bill, to be paid over 5 years, interest free.
